EM Partners is a proud subcontractor on FEMA’s Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract IV (PA-TAC IV), supporting Zone 1, which includes FEMA Regions III and IV. This five-year, $610 million contract represents FEMA’s new zonal approach to more effectively align contractor support with geographic areas and streamline disaster recovery operations.
Under PA-TAC IV, EM Partners supports FEMA’s mission to provide federal disaster grant assistance for debris removal, emergency protective measures, and the repair, replacement, or restoration of disaster-damaged public facilities and eligible nonprofit facilities. The program also promotes resilience through hazard mitigation during the recovery process, as authorized by the Robert T. Stafford Act.
Since 2017, EM Partners staff have deployed to or supported more than 40 federally declared disasters, serving in key roles such as Program Delivery Managers, Site Inspectors, Policy Specialists, Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Specialists, Quality Control Specialists, and Costing Specialists. Staff are currently deployed in the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and New Mexico.
