EM Partners is currently supporting the California Department of State Hospitals (DSH) to conduct the system’s COVID-19 after action reviews as required by CalOES. This project will include document review, individual interviews, hotwashes and a system-
wide survey. There will be a total of six after-action reports and one response report delivered as part of this project. Each hospital and DSH headquarters will have individual after-action reports completed and the response report will focus on the recommendations and activities related to the Unified Hospital Command Group that was activated for COVID. This project will allow DSH to meet the requirement set by CalOES and provide the department with valuable information on how to improve processes for future events.
