City of Richmond Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA)

EM Partners is currently supporting the City of Richmond to develop a THIRA for the City. The Threat and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA) project aims to comprehensively evaluate potential threats and hazards faced by our community and assess their associated risks. By systematically identifying and analyzing various threats and hazards, ranging from natural disasters to human-made incidents, the project seeks to enhance our community’s resilience and preparedness.

The THIRA project represents a proactive approach to enhancing community resilience by systematically identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential threats and hazards. Through collaboration and concerted efforts, we aim to build a safer, more resilient community capable of effectively responding to and recovering from emergencies and disasters.
